Blue Maize
Located in Downtown Aspen.
A locals' favorite, serving up flavors of the Southwest and Latin America. Blue Maize has Aspen's most colorful and festive atmosphere. Serving homemade sangria and double-shot margaritas, as well as fajitas, vegetarian dishes, grilled elk and seafood prepared in unexpected and delicious ways. Reasonable prices. Open nightly. Located, in downtown Aspen, one-and-half blocks from the gondola.
Boogie's Diner

Authentic 1950's diner, open for lunch and dinner. We serve salads, burgers, pastas, roast turkey and more. And for dessert - Ben and Jerry's soda fountain with homemade desserts such as carrot cake! Full bar. Veggie and heart-healthy specialities. SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE IN THE FAMILY. New bakery/cafe downstairs featuring Starbucks coffee.
Jimmy's - An American Restaurant & Bar
Located in the downtown core of Aspen with panoramic mountain views, Jimmy's is a blend of Rocky Mountain comfort and city sophistication. Serving "Fierce American Food," Jimmy's offers the finest-quality steaks, chops, fresh fish, rotisserie and much more, and desserts are down-home and delicious. Jimmy also has a hand-selected collection of the best spirits, including an award-winning selection of 80 top-shelf tequilas and mescals. Serving dinner from 5:30 p.m. nightly. Krabloonik Restaurant

A unique dining experience awaits you at Krabloonik. Specializing in wild game, the chef uses fresh products to create his menu. Also available at Krabloonik, a ten-mile dogsled trip through the Snowmass Wilderness Area, available with lunch or dinner
Pine Creek Cookhouse

The historic Pine Creek Cookhouse is located in the beautiful Ashcroft Valley. Amidst the spectacular Elk Mountain Range this charming restaurant serves exquisite gourmet lunches and dinners. The views are absolutely breathtaking. Dinner is always an extraordinary event. Enjoy an Aspen tradition in the winter and take a delightful guided cross-country ski tour by miners' lamp to the restaurant or take a romantic sleigh ride to the Cookhouse.
