This is where our website can really help you. It has a very comprehensive coverage of all ski resorts and will give you a good feel for costs, accommodation options, facilities available and should give you an idea of which resorts may be most suitable for you.

Step 3: talk to us

As comprehensive as our website is, it cannot replace actually talking to a trained travel consultant who's "been there, done that" and arranged hundreds of other people's ski holidays. Thats why we can help you find the holiday resort, accomodation and airfares which best suit your needs and your budget.

Step 4: Free consultation and obligation free estimate

After receiving your enquiry, a specialist snow travel consultant will give you a call to discuss options that might best suit your needs and give you a rough estimate on your personal requirements. This consultation will normally last 20-40 minutes. Following the consultation we will post you trail maps, brochures and any other relevant information.

You are welcome to as many consultations as are required to help you choose your final destination.

Step 5: Quote*

Once you have narrowed down your options, our specialist snow travel consultant will customize your holiday to your personal requirements and answer any further questions you may have.

They will then provide a detailed quote based on your requirements. See details at the bottom of this page.

Step 6: Fine tune your holiday

After receiving your personalized quote and itinerary you can fine tune your itinerary until we get to the actual holiday and budget you require, even if it means looking at a totally different location.

Step 7: Go ahead and book it

Once you are happy with the quote and itinerary, it’s time to say “Go ahead and book it”.
At this stage we will require a $500 per person deposit.

Step 8: We confirm your reservations

We will book all the components of your holiday and send you a written confirmation with all details included.

If we are unable to secure all the arrangements as per our quote, all your funds are totally refundable.

Step 9: Payment details

Payment: Some airfares specials require payment within 10-14 days of confirmation, and we’ll let you know if applies to you.

Otherwise, 90 days prior to departure you will be required to pay in full.

Step 10: Receive your travel documents

We complete all your documentation, ticketing, detailed itinerary, ticket wallet, quality luggage labels, a skiers checklist of what and what not to take with you, trail maps etc.

Step 11: Pack your bags

Pack your bags; you’re on your way. Sit back and relax on the holiday you deserve!

* Quote inclusions

After receiving your enquiry our specialist Snow Travel Consultant will call you for a personal consultation to discuss options and customise your holiday to your personal requirements and answer your questions. This quote will be put together by an experienced Snow Travel Consultant. This is a free service to you, but we will require a $75 goodwill bond. Your credit card details will be requested for a $75 Goodwill Refundable Bond on your holiday.

Due to the specialised nature of skiing holidays checking flight availability, times, transfers and room descriptions is a timely and complex job, often 3-4 hours for our skilled Snow Travel Consultants.

A detailed written quote will include:

• Researching the best flight routes and costs, plus airport and security taxes.
• Booking and holding the best available flights for 7 days, obligation free. Note: after 7 days, flights will be cancelled unless you have paid a deposit on your holiday. There is no guarantee these flights will still be available at a later time.
• Flight times
• Room and hotel descriptions
• Transfer times
• Lift pass details: number of recommended days.
• Your personal requirements given to the consultant

• A day by day itinerary
• Payment schedule
• Passport and Visa requirements
• Travel insurance options

If you book your holiday with Dive Fish Snow Travel, this cost goes towards your holiday. If you choose not to book with Dive Fish Snow Travel, the $75 will compensate the company for the 3-4 hours of specialist and complex work our consultant has done on your behalf.

We will beat any online offer or refund your $75 goodwill bond, providing we are comparing "apples with apples".
