Eating out in Niseko is another cultural experience in itself. There is a large selection of restaurants: Izakayas, Yakitori & sushi restaurants, ramen shops and curry places, plus a good selection of western style foods. Prices are about average by Japanese standards but surprisingly cheap by Western standards.

• Berg Plaza offers the best ramen: great value quick meals.
• Bang Bang’s speciality is Yakitori
• Yo:  An amazing Japanese meal experience where you can get a 9 course set meal for approximately ¥3000.

The on mountain restaurants are also great and numerous.
