The Fairview Dining Room, the Chateau's Four Diamond Rated Dining Room, features the best in Canadian Cuisine, with a firm focus on innovative and creative flavours to entice the palate, complemented by a 300 label Master Wine List, and the most stunning views around.

Tom Wilson Steakhouse

The Steakhouse offers a selection of sample appetizers accompanied by freshly baked Naan bread, and continues with the finest cuts of local Alberta beef and bison.

Walliser Stube

The Walliser Stube is a combination of Old World traditions, rich, wood-panelled walls and lively conversation, offering a serene setting in which to relax and enjoy a glass of wine and a wide range of classic cheese and meat Swiss Fondues and chocolate fondues.

Lakeview Lounge

The view through the room's Palladian window will stun and inspire you. Unwind and enjoy the view along with a relaxing beverage, or a wide selection of signature salads, sandwiches, quiches and Tapas. The lounge is open for Afternoon Tea, small bites and a quick drink, or a complete meal.

Glacier Saloon

Refresh yourself with a stein of local or international brew, shoot a game of pool, or just sit back and relax. The Glacier Salon is open from late afternoon to early morning for drinks, easygoing pub meals, light snacks and nightcaps.

Chateau Deli

Open 24 hours a day, the deli offers coffee to go, a leisurely breakfast, freshly made sandwiches, a wide variety of salads, savoury hot dishes and fabulous desserts.  Fast, fresh and made for every taste, drop by the Chateau Deli anytime of the day or night.
